Organic MapLe Syrup

Our syrup is made the old-fashioned way.. slow-boiled over maple logs. The custom blend of red and sugar maple sap creates a richer flavor, unlike any of the larger producers on the market.

 

As the season progresses and the sap evolves, so do the color and flavor of our different syrups. The light, golden syrup produced early in the season is much more delicate than the rich amber produced later in the season. Try our smoked syrup on savory dishes or in your favorite drink.
