Organic Maple Syrup

Our syrup is made the old fashioned way.. slow boiled over maple logs. Our custom blend of red and sugar maple sap creates a richer flavor, unlike any of the larger producer's on the market.


As the season progresses and the sap evolves, so does the color and flavor of our different syrups. The light, golden syrup produced early in the season is much more delicate than the rich amber produced later in the season.
